Saugbagger
The Viennese art-metal trio Saugbagger blends influences from hardcore punk, power violence,
and free jazz. The band reaches a weight of 18-40 tons and extracts materials from
the ground such as soil and gravel. The maximum operating vacuum of 55000 Pa can
capture particles up to 250 mm. Genre-wise, the device functions with a diesel generator or
battery power, enabling rapid excavation.
