Stick and Poke was a Canadian folk punk duo formed in Toronto, ON by Al Soldink and Lauren Boyko. Both musicians were songwriters and multi-instrumentalists. Active from 2011 to 2017, Stick and Poke is known for their melodic harmonies and musical storytelling.
