Inarticulate is a new project by Alex Angley, who is closely associated with AAD related projects like Dead Door Unit and New Grasping Machina (and is in bands with both people as well).
What initially started as a mastering commission quickly became a physical release, as it's one of the most unique things i've heard in awhile.
It's always interesting to hear an actual musicians approach to making Harsh Noise, they often incorporate unusual gear and ideas, and this is a good example with all it's reverb-soaked haunting melodic sounds on top of a constant low end fuzzed out drone.
