Huxley Invisible by A.J. Kaufmann

"Huxley Invisible" is a collection of song poems and poetry songs, mostly recorded only with an old acoustic guitar at home, some being demos for songs later developed or not.

The exceptions are:

"Manilla Ungol" where electric guitar and drum machine appear. The track is dedicated both to Manilla Road and Cirith Ungol.

"My Angel and Me" where I used my old trusted arranger to evoke a lost time in Poznań, Poland's streets around Jeżyce.

and "Way to Paradise" which is originally a Jane (the German band) song, and for which I used MIDI drums and electric guitars.

"Huxley Invisible" is not only a song and this album's title, it's also a concept which I hope to develop next year around the lyrics of the title track.

In the meantime, I hope you enjoy this album, and that the raw sound will attract you, and let your imagination fill in the missing pieces of music, if you feel like there's something missing.

I feel there is - the listener, whose imagination animates every album, and without that imagination all music is just disturbing noise!
