This album is a culmination of the growth and deepening I've experienced over the last few years. It includes some of the first songs I've written since picking up a few instruments almost 3 years ago now. It reflects the journey of becoming who we are meant to be while honoring all of the versions of ourselves that we have been. It is a dance with light and dark, forgetting and remembering, being transformed by the alchemical fires of the unknown while still singing praises to our aliveness.
