I wrote Safe & Whole after feeling so inspired by the women in my life, my sisters, my best friends, how we hold each other in darkness. That no matter what is going on in the swirl of life, they remind me who I am and that I am capable to gracefully handle anything that comes my way. They remind me that I am always safe, whole, and held. This song is a reminder of the beautiful web of support we weave, those we support and those who support us.
