The River from Womb Song by Amanda West + Friends
We were told this song was written by Dianna Hull, a woman of the Santa Cruz mountains, while she was in labor with her first child.
Sometimes the third line of the song is sung "your child I will always be", which is also beautiful. We also recently discovered a translation in Spanish that we love (see below).
