Soliumque Sterto by St. Stephen
St. Stephen's debut EP is a collection of processed field recordings.
Six individual sound events were processed using PaulStretch to be 123 times longer than their original duration.
These events are evident at the beginning of each track after which the expanded audio follows.
This work is the first installment of a long-form project which will evolve and transform with every new addition.
Soliumque Sterto provides a substructure for future additions to extend and augment the work as a whole.
Find a quiet place, close your eyes and enjoy.
