Silent Night from Silent Night by Andrea von Kampen
Silent Night is a classic christmas hymn that was composed in a small Austrian village in the early 1800s. This is a hymn I grew up singing and one that I hold close to my heart. I avoided covering this song for a while because it’s so classic and hard to recreate. However, this year I decided to lay down some simple guitar tracks and sing along to the familiar tune. Then my brother added a quaint piano solo and as it all came together it felt like a fresh approach.
