After watching the excellent 'Get Back' Beatles documentary, I discovered the Fender Bass VI. Is it a bass? Maybe. Is it a Baritone guitar? Probably. After some research I found this guitar, a more affordable alternative to the Fender, but equally as effective. I had never had a baritone guitar before, so this was a new adventure.

It's not a guitar I have spent a lot of time with. The elongated neck and wider frets make the guitar a difficult proposition. After many years using the Floyd Rose tremolo I wasn't used to the Bigsby and broke a string within minutes of getting the Gretsch out of the box.

It's good for banging out really heavy chords using a lower tuning but not great at anything more delicate. I am sure there is a lot more to discover from this beast and I need to spend more time with this one, and get some heavier strings for it.
