Dark Spectrum by Antre
Follow up to the 2019 debut album VOID, the Dark Spectrum EP was conceived, written, rehearsed and produced within an intense 16 week period. Thematically, the band challenged themselves to write a more personal document of themselves. The music and lyrical concepts on this release are the band channelling their inner emotions in a trying year and based around: Fear, Wrath, Salvation and Sanity.

Antre (pronounced ant-er) is an old english word for a cave or cavern.
Drawing on a wide range of influences in particular black metal, death metal, thrash & hardcore to create an atmosphere which is more claustrophobic, savage and intense than ethereal, Antre is a representation of the inner dark place in all of us, the dark cave in our souls and the anger and rage that manifests itself there.
