Atlantic Groove Society is a pioneering initiative led by L.A. trumpeter Alexander Hartgers, as he collaborates with musical partnerships
spanning over four decades, leveraging an extensive network of fellow musicians and friends to breathe life into the Atlantic Groove Society.
Collective strength in musicianship is manifested through smooth, funky, groovy & soulful compositions.

The band/project is aptly named "Atlantic Groove Society" inspired by the Atlantic (ocean) that separates Alex (USA) and the collective he works with (mainly The Netherlands).
Drawing on the geographical and musical elements that define their collaboration and friendships, encapsulated in the concept of a Society united by Groove.

Alexander Hartgers is continuously writing & recording new exciting music for his Atlantic Groove Society studio band project.
