Jake's Jig from HEROES by Banter
Gareth Turner was a prolific tune writer in the English traditional style. The Albion Band, Little Johnny England, The Phil Beer Band and The Popes were just some of the groups he performed with.
Jake's Jig was one of the first tunes that we recorded with Banter on our album YES, back in 2017 and we still perform it today. This is an atmospheric little musical vignette of his magnificent tune as a tip of the hat to Gareth.
