Swambi Remanipulated by Benn DeMole
This is the remix single/EP from the album “NonSilence and Beats Under Heat Volume 4”. It contains three versions of “Swambi Remanipulated”, a short “Radio” version, a longer “12inch” version and a live version recorded at Wide Open Space Festival in May this year.
All sounds on the Swambi remixes (except for the bass drum) were extracted from the original Swambi field-recordings and remanipulated.
Also included are two ‘B’ sides, which were created by remastering what remains after removing the sonic content of 128k mp3 versions from the original tracks. These are “Sheam” and “Pompidoo” which were on NonSilence and Beats Under Heat Volumes 1 & 2 respectively
