*"Not a Vessel" was originally released under the name Pale Yellow.
Everything played/recorded by Ben Potrykus except "Changeling (Live)" which features Kate Potrykus on bass, Gregory Tellier on guitar, and Jonathan Hansard on trumpet, and was recorded by Brian Rusnica at Howler's in Pittsburgh, PA in 2009.
