This album is an expression of myself. I'm driven to write. Writing kept me sane during the pandemic. The first track on this EP, 'Put That Phone Away', was written before the pandemic, the other three, during and after. These songs tell the story of the last four years. I hope you listen and can find meaning, solace, joy, or whatever you may need, from these songs.

Ben Rounds is a working musician and independent recording artist well known in the Catskills/Hudson Valley and Central NY regions as the lead guitarist/vocalist in multiple bands. Learning to play guitar at age 15, he began writing songs shortly after. Ben is a storyteller - his songs are approachable and relatable, carrying the trademark Americana sound that blends country, rockabilly & blues.
