"Lower Spondoolovitch: a tiny drinking establishment in an even tinier peasant village, revealing a Jug Band of local turnip farmers performing lateralised Led Zeppelin covers. Of note are the curious throat-singing techniques of the province, and the use of a wahwah pedal on the bass jug."
A very dodgy early foray into uke / recording, in a tiny old one-room apple pickers' hut in Longley, Tas. I had the uke & vocs both going through one mic, using some weird vocal harmoniser effect on the ZOOM unit and kicking a cardboard box for rhythm. The bass is just on my acoustic guitar through a bass-wah effect and I added jungle kit drums many years later to beef it up. It was pretty much improvised and the only time I ever played it.
