Brent Burns was born in Oklahoma, raised in Arizona and arrived in Gulf Shores, Alabama in 1972. In 2006, Burns was named “Official Music Ambassador of the Alabama Gulf Coast.” He performs a style of music known as “trop rock.” Burns is the winner of multiple Trop Rock Music Association awards including entertainer, songwriter, song & CD of the year.
