The Second by Megan Lee
I made this dream noise with the Chase Bliss. Some of these are just my voice, some are just guitar. Some of them use the Koto from GarageBand to add texture, I played it into my mic. I’m not a music producer, I’m not a composer, I’m not an instrumentalist. I’m an artist. These songs sound like my paintings. One layer at a time.

I am a painter, and these are the sounds that I make.
I record these on a Boss RC-50 Loop Station and use a Chase Bliss Mood MKII effects pedal to do the magical bits. It’s slow and experimental and it’s not perfect, and I don’t know how to play the cello or the guitar or the xylophone. It’s careful and it’s chaos. It sounds like my paintings.
