I recorded myself writing with a pen and paper on top of this song. In my head the thoughts are written and scribbled and tapped out on keyboards. They’re repeated and looped like these sounds. I’m scratching them all out.

I am a painter, and these are the sounds that I make.
I record these on a Boss RC-50 Loop Station and use a Chase Bliss Mood MKII effects pedal to do the magical bits. It’s slow and experimental and it’s not perfect, and I don’t know how to play the cello or the guitar or the xylophone. It’s careful and it’s chaos. It sounds like my paintings.
