Redbird by Christopher Elmore

I woke up on the morning of Sunday, May 4th, 2025, with the sound of a pipe organ composition in my head and promptly set out to record what I had heard to the best of my abilities.

I decided to re-release this on Father's Day, this being the first one without my father, with an additional track. This bonus version of "Redbird" features a fuller organ sound like you might hear on a real pipe organ with all the stops pulled out.

The original release featured a photo of the sky taken on the day my father passed. The new artwork is a painting I commissioned from my wife Danielle McKinney-Elmore as a gift to my stepmother as a symbol of her loved ones watching over her.

I would love to somehow make this music happen on real organs, in a real church, so if you or someone you know can help make this happen, please get in touch.
