Dumbstruck by Captain Chemical Band

DUMBSTRUCK is 13 tracks of musical madness, all based on true stories of human stupidity, told as only the Captain can tell them - with plenty of color and snark. Hear about zombie iguanas, stupid criminals, gangs of feral chihuahuas, farting airplane passengers, failed cow tippers, unfaithful chat bots, fake influencers, even the robber who shot off his own [hot dog]. For added fun, every song is in a different style, from pop to funk to blues to dance to Latin jazz and more. Literally, no two songs are alike, as the band samples 50 years of musical fashion (and out of fashion) from the early 1960s to the 2000s. The album was 18 months in the making and saw two band members go to the hospital. This band almost died for its art, but it was worth it. Hear all the madness right here.
