Trio Songs by Cole Davis

This album was written with the goal of making odd time signatures feel natural. As a musician born and raised in the United States, 4/4 and 3/4 are most natural to me, as well as most of the musicians I've played with. The goal of this was to make these odd meters - ranging from 19/16 to 9/4 to 13/8 - feel as danceable and natural as a 4/4 or 3/4 groove.

This album is mostly for musicians, which is why it isn't on Spotify or any other streaming. I don't expect the "average" listener to be interested in an album where the primary goal was to disguise odd time signatures. Each song comes with a score, as well as a video.
