Sleep Tape by coley portions

I discovered a WH Smith tape recorder among some stuff I was clearing out from a deceased relative's house. In the machine was a tape which featured, among other things, a recording of a tape that presumably came free with a copy of Good Health magazine, promoting herbal remedies and a relaxation story to aid good sleep. I digitally cut up the recordings using Audacity, rearranged the words a little bit and added some 'relaxing' backing tracks via a vintage Yamaha RM1X sequencer (side one) and a microKorg S synth (side two).
