This is a sonic perspective on a life spent in the Atlantic Ocean off the West Coast of Ireland. The sea means many things to many people; what we all share is our awe of the almighty power and connection to something bigger than ourselves. This music is my interpretation of some of the emotional states experienced in the sea during the wild depths of winter.
By drawing on some of my passions for improvisation, energy and groove, I have created this music for lovers of the sea and to ask questions, rather than give answers. I wish you happy listening and that you may find some meaning in these tunes for yourself.
