Shooting Stars from Cosmic Invasion by CosmoMoose
This tune came to me when I was at work, so I quickly wrote it down in the toilets on a telephone pad to get it out of my head. I’m glad I did because I later forgot it and it became the first and probably most popular CosmoMoose song. The original version of the song, though, was too slow and not as atmospheric and if you look hard it can probably be found on the web.
I didn’t know what to call it so asked my wife who had just switched off a TV show called “Shooting Stars”, and suggested that as a title. Perfect….and the rest is history.
