Scoundrels by Scoundrels

Here is the 2009 unreleased album from Scoundrels, the duo of Dave Murphy (Wonderboy, Romance) and Danny Marshall (Baptists, the Breech Boys, Sports).

Little is known about this release, Dave had a following in the underground cassette scene of the late 1990’s (best known as guitarist and singer in Kelowna band Wonderboy) and he then fronted a band called Romance in the early 00’s in Vancouver with fellow Kelowna musicians Darcy Hancock (Ladyhawk, Sports, the Metic, the Nova Scotias), Steven Bedard (the Nova Scotias, New Hedron), Steve Hubert (Rockband, the Mennonites, JSN) and Danny Marshall.

After winning the 2005 C.I.T.R. Shindig Competition, the Romance was over and it is rumoured the winnings from the competition were used to fund this album. It was pressed on CD and never released.
