Lovewank is the new project by Jay from Crywank. After Crywanks world tour was postponed half way through due to COVID-19, Jay remained in Toronto. Since then they’ve been much happier and began writing love songs for their partner. Although sadness and self-doubt is an unavoidable thread through a lot of Jays music, Love is the main focus of this new project. These songs where recorded with close friend and touring partner Colm Hinds of Rosseau in his bedroom over two sessions, these songs weren’t intended to be released or made public as soon as they where but y’know.... pandemic, cancelled tour, bandcamp friday. Any amount given for the recordings is greatly appreciated, and please don’t upload for streaming, I’ll be doing that eventually! Thanks for reading!!
