Knocked up during Lockdown

CSi is a collaboration between 2 Plymouth-based musicians/songwriters/producers, Rob C Force and Si Hackers. With the exception of Stupid Pictures, which was recorded during the 1st Lockdown of 2020, work on this album was started in November 2020. Initially we saw it as a way of carrying on being creative and making music together, with the added bonus that it would hopefully contribute to helping us maintain some sort of sanity over what was looking like a very long, dark winter. As things developed, it became apparent that we would have enough material for an album and figured we might as well put it out before we are all allowed out to play again. After caning Zoom, WeTransfer and Trello for a few months, here we are. With the exception of the melodeon parts on First Bus, which were supplied by Paul Wilson, and the lyrics to Heaven Scent, which were written by Julian Isaacs (a.k.a. Auntie Pus), everything you hear was written, performed, arranged, produced and engineered by CSi. At some point we might attempt to work out how to play it live.
