Originally released via The Curatorial Club (infamous for Eccojams, Run DMT, Twin Sister, and more) in 2011, this split from Airbird (Joel Ford) and Megafortress (Bill Lee Gillim) stands as a hidden gem from the "golden age" of the blogspot era, right on the cusp before modern social media apps and bandcamp started rising to the relevance they hold today. Despite a relatively short runtime of 30 minutes, it manages to cover a wide variety of sounds that are eclectic to say the least- wailing vintage synths, spaced out vocals, chopped up funk samples, and even a dreamy Beach Boys cover can be found in the middle of it all. With original copies of this tape going for as much as $100 online in the past, those in the know recognize this split as something special, and I am excited to help give it the reissue it deserves!

This reissue wouldn't have been possible without stumbling into a lucky discogs transaction late in the summer where I ended up in possession of the master tape used for dubbing the original copies back in 2011. The audio used for these tapes was taken directly from that master tape, meaning this is the audio in its purest form, free from any additional noise from the original duplication process.
