Mirage Mirror from Sutured Self by deerxing

i stare at our creation,
this beautiful, deceitful bricolage
like thumb-tacks and threads on a corkboard
on the wall of my garage.
i'm stumbling backwards,
not watching my feet.
i trip over pyramid paint cans,
and your colors start to leak.
it all comes together, in one great barrage:

naivete mirrored by patience
