Vol. 3 is the third solo album by Heimito Künst, arriving after the unusual yet perfectly accomplished collaborative project with his friend Dennis Callaci, First Light, released last year by the American label Pass Without Trace.
In this new chapter, the enigmatic Heimito reshapes the stylistic traits that had already emerged in his previous works—crooked, acid-tinged kraut atmospheres—now enriched by a significant electronic element, where swirling synthesizers create kaleidoscopic soundscapes to completely lose oneself in. A truly immersive album, compelling down to its very last breath.
