Intersections by Distant Comets
Intersections is the first album length project from Distant Comets. Largely written during the lockdown, and played out in the summer that followed, it reflects on the internal struggle to find peace during hard times and the joy of returning to community after periods of absence.

Distant Comets is an afro-futurist, modern take on electronica, house, funk, and disco. The sound is all about the groove, and features lush, cosmic pads, shameless drum machines, analog basslines, and subby 808’s, paired with wild digital hooks where samples are played with and manipulated in real time, fading in and out of tracks.
