All the thoughts that come to me
They come to me so suddenly
I can't seem to keep them out of my head
All day long, I think of things
They turn into anxiety
I can't seem to recall a word that you said

And I begin to spiral down
My head is spinnin' 'round
And I'm fallin' to the ground
And I call out to the breeze
Save me if you please
So I can find some peace of mind

Irrationality starts to play
And I tell myself that it's okay
I can't let these thoughts control me now
The pep talks that I give myself
Upon the days locked in my shell
And all the thoughts just want to kick me down

And I begin to spiral down
My head is spinnin' 'round
And I'm fallin' to the ground

So I can find some peace of mind

Dissociation comes to me
And I'm spacing out so constantly
I can't seem to get outside of my head
All day long, I think of things
They turn into anxiety
I can't seem to recall a word that you said

But I am slowly calming down
My head's not spinnin' 'round
And I can get up from the ground
And I begin to feel the breeze
It's easier to see
I finally found some peace of mind
