'Nessie' by Dutch & The Doctor

A tanker crashes into Loch Ness, leaking its cargo (a chemical called “Mutant 4”) into the water. As a result, the Loch Ness Monster mutates into a much bigger, and much more aggressive version of itself, and swims into the North Sea.
The beast wreaks havoc as it heads south across the Atlantic and onto Tokyo, before a climactic showdown with the Japanese military in the Sunda Strait. When Hammer & Toho studios commenced work on the “Nessie” film in 1976, Dutch & The Doctor were commissioned to write and record an original score.
In 1977, when production on the film was permanently abandoned, over an hour’s worth of music had been recorded.
For the last 45 years, Dutch & The Doctor had assumed that their score would never be heard.
However, after a chance meeting in 2020 with a former Hammer employee, D & D discovered that they legally owned all the recordings. And so, after exhuming the original tapes & remastering twenty of the pieces they can finally present: “NESSIE”.
