As minimalistic as it gets, this releases combines reverbed sounds of unknown origins - echo detection of some sort? - with long stretches of silence, so the listener occasionally gets the impression that the piece is disappearing. This leaves much room for the imagination to fill the blanks with unsettling images. "Cerebral Coma" is a sister release to "Induced Coma"
