With 3 EP's and a remix on fakenumberland in just under 3/4ths of a year, P3RC! has earned a reputation as one of fakenumberland's most frequent artists. And nya certainly deserves it, as nyans music is just so dang charming! It bears repeating that P3RC!'s discography is very reminiscent of a colorful light show (no small feat for a mostly sound-based medium!). Now she's got another EP for your enjoyment that I'm VERY proud to release. Following up the Dreams of Flowers ambient record, the NEWWORLD EP marks a return to IDM territory in some aspects, and a bold reinvention of the artist's style in others!

This assortment of four incorporates elements of bubblegum bass and deconstructed club, with the results being especially extra catchy! HiHiHiHiHai! kicks it off, bringing in a booming bassline, arps, hip-hop beats, extra bendy synthetic tones, and several percussion varieties, all for the opener alone! The energy only builds throughout, with so many wacky waveforms bouncing all around! Novbrltret features some awesome discordant melodies, and Lipgloss is a notable cause of toe-tapping and head-bopping.

Concluding this package is a rework of P3RC!'s FNL debut single, Song; she's made the already iconic jam made even more awesome with all she's learned so far, at once the credits theme for the artist's past era and the opening theme for their future era. NEWWORLD EP is quite a very apt title in that sense, being an artist's introductory steps into a new land of musical wonders. And you can take those steps too-- all you have to do is give this EP a listen!
