Philippians 3:12-14 (ESV)

Straining Toward the Goal

12 Not that I have already obtained this or am already perfect, but I press on to make it my own, because Christ Jesus has made me his own. 13 Brothers, I do not consider that I have made it my own. But one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead, 14 I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.

Using marathon running as a metaphor, "Press On" describes the pathway towards the prize of reaching heaven through Jesus Christ. There is certainly an individual race and path that we run. But, we also have the support of other believers who help us through our struggles while they run their own race, and pass the baton. Press on!

Falcone Rising is a Christian rock-based ministry. The mission statement of the ministry is to help fulfil The Great Commission as outlined in Matthew 28.

Behind the ministry is John Falcone.

Although he was a "good kid" growing up, he was not a saved person. He was born again, and baptized at age 38.

He uses the Bible for the songs and shares his story as a way to bring others to Jesus.
