This track is the journey of the guitarist in space, and it's by far the longest, to represent the extremity of the long journey in space due to the abduction of the guitarist in the previous track. I think it's worth listening to throughout, but in a way, in space is two tracks all together and if you're not into the ambience you should cut halfway through to the transition point which is in the narrative that to me strings this album together, when the abducted guitarist exits hyperspace and then substantially this extended between space.

However, the journey of the guitarist is not yet over. There are drones ahead.
