Post-blackout, a Replicant freedom group station themselves across several outposts in greater Sacramento. Harsh weather conditions sweep the state as one remote outpost on the outskirts of Reno prepares for an emergency broadcast.

As Eldon Tyrell suffers heavy financial loses from the blackout and is ultimately bought out by Wallace Corporation, many Replicants unknowingly prepare for a new generation of oppression and rule.
