I Love Louisiana, Spicy Crawfish, Abita Amber. Folks down here know what the best is. I thank God I'm not from Texas, or Mississippi, or Arkansas went to Memphis it was way too far. I've been to Nashville, and Oaklahoma. Got so fucked up, I don't remember California.
New York City was way uptight, Moose, Wyoming gets too cold at night. I like Gulf Shores, Alabama just fine. But they got cops in the water, I can't cast no line.
I went to Asheville, North Carolina, I played some gigs there didn't make a dime. i got to itching, oh you shoulda saw me. I hitchhiked back to New Orleans for a gig at Checkpoint Charlie's. Played there with Darby, Mike Motherfuckin' Darby, why?
