The Unveiling from Post-Consciousness by Ghost Poetry

Vision fades to black,
see the soul once thought lacked.
Colours swim 'til they shape,
an illustrative escape.
It forms an open door,
behind it seems to loom more.
From the silence it breaks,
nearing only to take.

Throw the rest into the river
now just please stay lost until you're found
I see the light
I see the sky
I see the stars
But where am I?
See the soulless husk of nothing-
-ness break deep into the darkness
My steps aligned
I walk the line
I pass through time
Esoteric

The dirt splits and cracks,
reflects the stellar parallax.
Mirrored stone seperates,
all ground dissipates.
pressure grips as he falls,
the sky has never looked so tall.
Hot air starts to climb,
he's running out of time.

And as he falls,
deep beneath the open floor.
See the light inside his eyes
flicker and fade away oncemore.
Prints upon the lens,
blur the presence of precedence.
Soon the bells will toll above,
no longer called in present tense.

See the blooming lights around you,
the subtle touch from fate surrounds you,
the bitter bite of cold air
sinks it's teeth into your skin.
And as the walls enclose,
the voices call and the ceiling falls.
A fog of blue breathes it's way nearer.
The warm light of home is no longer here.
