Visions by Ghost Poetry

Our blood runs deeper than
that of your soulless keeper.
When the world is slowly slipping
out of our reach.
Tell me you'll keep-
Tell me you'll-

Keep my name in your memories,
Though relieve those perfect reveries.
I don't know what lies ahead of me,
Though I'll sink and fade if I never leave.

Take your time I'll
shift my view back
in my mind I'll
scry for the tracks
Even if I
Lose myself I'll
have you here for
something else I'll-

Fall. Shiver.
Caught in currents
of the river.
Body. Quivers.
Never safe from the giver.

I know that somewhere else
I've found my own way out.
I've seen it come about,
Not here, no doubt.

The world doesn't let me take my time.
The water rushes, curves and winds.
I'll hold my breath until I find
A way back above, unconfined.
Wrapping 'round my sides,
the current takes me towards the light,
And as my vision blinds
the covers unwind and

Bloom into
bright colours and hues.
The simplest amenities
natural beauty renewed.
Losing you
is the only thing
I don't want to do
