Gong Bath by Gong Spa
This album is a full Gong Bath, divided into five tracks so that should you so desire, you can listen to shorter segments rather than the full hour immersion. It begins with gentle chimes and bells of a pure and clear nature, and then develops slowly into the exploration of a large range of beautiful gongs and the universes inherent in them and in you, and finally draws to completion with some grounding sounds to bring you home.
It is an album grounded in the warmth and tenderness of the loving heart, and reaching to the heights of exploration, transformation and absolute release. I would recommend you find an hour when you can be undisturbed, lay down with your head supported by a pillow, nice and warm and snuggly, and settle in for an adventure.
Also I would suggest that you play the CD through your best speakers/headphones or alternatively download the highest quality option available.
