Circle by Grain Blanc

Circle was mainly composed with the Plinky Synth as the main instrument. I wanted to highlight the Plinky which allows a lot of sounds on its own.

Recording samples and completely modifying their original sounds, playing granular, timestretch, sequencer, CV, pitch and LFO to deliver the 10 tracks of this album.

I didn't want to add too many sonic friends and always in a minimalist way which are only present to enrich the compositions.

Sonic friends are: Microfreak, Left Brain CV, Norns Shield, DIY noisebox, contact mic, Chase Bliss Mood MKII and Blooper, Empress Effects Zoia and fields recording.

All tracks are composed and mixed by me
