The Cave from Wings by Jenna Greene
Inspired by the words of the late, great Joseph Campbell who said, “The cave you fear to enter hold the treasure that you seek,” this song explores the blessings of transformation that happen when one faces their fears. Campbell likened this bravery to slaying a dragon, who is then reborn as a benevolent spirit guide. The struggle between fear and dreaming, mind and heart, is in all of us. Here, it is mythologized in such a profound way.
