Hail, Meteor! is a post-punk, death-pop band from Te Whanganui-a-Tara. Formed near the end of 2021 the band is Isobel Joy Te Aho-White (bass, vocals), David Coventry (guitar, vocals), Simon Waterfield (drums, samples) John Kingston (guitar), and Sarah Roberts (keyboard, vocals). Hail, Meteor! is focused on dense, chaotic harmony, on gasped melody and swaying widths of space.
