Golden Child by Paico

A tune dedicated to a friend, perhaps more an acquaintance when I started knowing musicians and playing etc. Devin Alvarez, an outgoing individual who had a kindness sincere and yet fully, wildly, radical to his own individuality, A musician on all sorts of instruments, who showed me new music, and could enjoy a band or a jam. A traveler. I won't ever forget this guy, and this is my tribute to him.

He once for a period played percussion for a group called Golden Child and the Good Guys, as I recall him no longer playing in that group, I also recall the group renaming themselves to the Good Guys. So he's the Golden Child!
