Hi, I’m Hi, I’m Chris
This is my Third Album:
THE BEIGE

After Ceebo, Let Go! I was thrust back into the world and exposed to a ton of incredible experiences and some of the happiest moments in my life. I toured, I had TONS of new ears on the music! I met some of my best friends & creative partners and travelled the world!

But the stronger the light gets, the larger the shadow.
(Kingdom Hearts Reference!)

After experiencing so much loss during Ceebo Let Go, the fear of it seeped into everything I did. I dreaded losing everything I worked so hard on in my music and my life, disappointing people I loved, or not living up to the hype. I dreaded getting older, and any moment not working was wasting time.

I became a recluse. I’d constantly burn out. I’d have panic attacks nightly. I hated my body, my art wasn’t good enough. I felt like I could never be the me that others saw in me. I wasn’t a good son, friend, artist, lover. At times I really just wanted to give up. But even then,

I was afraid I’d just be forgotten.

Yall know me at this point this is where I started writing LMAO.

This album is the result of that time.
A telling of my experiences battling those fears and somehow coming out on top if you listen in number order.
Or if you start at track 8 and loop back around, a horror story about an alternate universe me succumbing to these fears and summoning an eldritch god in the hopes of being remembered forever.

From the bottom of my heart. Thank you for your patience. Thank you to those that never gave up on me.
My friends, my family, my fans and the amazing artists that worked on this project with me.
Every high and low lead me here.

I’m happy and proud to say I’m not afraid anymore.

I’m me. And I’m happy as hell about it. I haven’t had a panic attack in almost 3 months. I have a way better perception of myself, my art, and my future.
I love who I am. And it’s allowed me to love my people better.
It’s gonna be okay.
Do what you love. Spread love.
When you face those fears you’ll say:
“What was I so afraid of?”
