The year's 1983. Somewhere at the top of a tall building, a young man is looking down on the city. The lights are all bright and shiny on this peaceful night when suddenly; a lightening in the sky rips the silent veil as the thunder is heard from miles and miles.This young man wasn't just anyone. He was no other than the Stormbringer.
In the deepest part of the city something was in motion. More and more people were forgetting themselves and losing their humanity, obeying the villainous Dr Avilis.
